Green Gears assisted shoppers by shuttling them across parking lots for the Mall at Robinson. For 27 hours over “Black Friday Weekend”, the Green Gears team carried shoppers and their purchases to their cars, distributed mall coupons, publicized a social media sweepstakes to win a gift card and acted as concierge by opening doors and directing shoppers to their destinations.


35,000 views, 22,000 first hand impressions, and overwhelming positive feedback established the Mall at Robinson as an industry leader in the customer service field.
